Danica/Now Designs
www.danicaimports.com
"With both of us having roots in Canada, the relationship with Danica/Now Designs seemed serendipitous. They are a company who has the same passion and love for their work as I do for mine. Their dedication to beautiful, well-made products has earned them the reputation of a company who is committed to integrity and quality. My extravagant floral patterns are perfectly complimented by their more structured collections, and I know our relationship is a wonderful match." -April Cornell
"When Jeremy and I started our business in Canada almost thirty years ago, one of the first icons on the table linens landscape in Canada was April Cornell. We were struck and enamored by the exquisite quality and outstanding design that she would deliver season after season. As we developed our table linen business, we found we had to avoid the segment at which April Cornell excelled. There was no way that we could match the sensitive and feminine style that April Cornell embodies. Our company’s direction has thus been influenced by her presence in the market place.
Now we have the opportunity to join together the design styles of Danica/ Now Designs and April Cornell. As people, we find that we are soul mates, embracing the same values in our personal lives and in business. We are extremely proud to have this opportunity to offer April Cornell’s customers continuity and our customers the new opportunity to complement the design style that we have developed."
-Rodney Benson

I love working with original people as those traits are generally visible in their products too. One look at the design and quality of the rugs created by Homefires shows their ability to combine inspirational elements and designs. After researching the rug market, I came across Homefires—who had the exact characteristics that I had wanted for a licensee; Artistic, playful and original.
